where is 77 C1 for $1800 available? Thanks!
So the deal was something you had to stumble across. Amazon had a $600 off an LQ soundbar bundle yesterday. When you applied that to your cart, it took $280 off the soundbar and $320 off the TV. Each was a separate line item on the order. Verified in the return instructions that the individual item discount will be removed from only the item returned. I intend to return the unneeded soundbar. I'll report back and let folks know if this actually works

Assuming it does, it makes the 65 G1 I bought yesterday $1380-10% (Prime Card) = $1242+tax. The 77" C1 would have been $2399-$320=$2079-10%=$1871

However, the $600 bundle is gone now. Best bundle is $400, so if you want to try this, you can bring the price down to $2399-$200=$2199-10%=$1981.

Torn between BuyDig and Costco. I'd have to buy a costco membership first, so that makes it $60 more expensive. Coupled with the 5% cashback through Discover/Paypal with BuyDig it seems like a better deal for me. I may just go BuyDig and take my chances with the CPS warranty.
You can cancel your Costco membership at any time for a full refund. But, that may impact the extended warranty. Although if Costco is nearby... Costco is awesome, keep the membership. Buy more and spend more than you actually need to. Live out your Wall-e fantasies with peanut butter and tampons in bulk!

No, seriously though, I love Costco.

I disagree-I have the 77" c7 OLED & have moved but originally the c7 was in a very bright room with a 10' high wall of windows behind & facing the front foyer that had a sky light above the door, windows in the door and a 6' high window to the right of the door. Never an issue with it not being bright enough. Just set it up using Rting's suggested viewing settings for a bright room and all is great.
+1 to this. Have a floor to ceiling wall of windows facing west and never had an issue with our 77" c9.

The only effort is to take the soundbar box back to a UPS store or Kohl's store (both of which are close to me). But to each their own.

Looks like GT is selling LG C2 77 and Sony A80K 77, both at 3000. Any reasons to favor those over the C1 77 at 2200 ?

Fair point haha. I ended up going the BuyDig route, so we'll see how that pans out. I constantly think about getting a Costco membership, but the closest one is 20 miles away so I know I'll never really go.

I'm trying this too but bought it before the TV was marked down. First time I did this before either one shipped I canceled the sound bar but then it automatically charged me the $2596 for the TV. Canceled the TV and reordered both. Tv was delivered and then canceled the sound bar. Have charges for both on my card waiting to see what my refund amount will be for the sound bar that was never delivered.

When shopping for a new home, my wife and I use the "TPF" .. Target Proximity Factor. But it's evolved into the CPF the past few years. We have two Costcos within 9 miles. And toooo many Targets (edit: 6, I just checked).

We move way too much.
