I didn't research this and assumed it would be free. And apparently it's not. My Doorbell is on the same module and it does not record on motion detection or on the doorbell press.
I even got Blink mini cameras for indoor use and realizing now that they also won't record on motion detection. Worthless cameras without subscription.

That's for sync module 2. Sync module 2 has local storage enabled. Sync module 1 has 7200 secs online for life. But my Blink doorbell isn't able to access and record that even though it's on the module.

You can't add the doorbell to your existing system? I have sync module 1 and doorbell and they work great together with the free cloud storage. No subscription needed.
