Yes, worked, very simple in my case, adjusted both front and rear brakes, so now I see spaces both sides of the blades, no more friction.

check the link, that's what I measured.

From ground to lowest point of the beam (the corner connecting to the seat tube) is about 26 and half inch.

Thanks, but I meant the mid point of the top bar/beam. That's typically where your crotch would be. I think that's considered the "stand-over" height measurement. You can't stand over the back part because the seat is hanging over that section. I measured 31" I believe, which seems too high for this 18" frame when they say people as short as 5-6 can ride it. I'm 5-9 and that bar is too high. My other bike that is a cheap one size fits all adults has a stand-over height closer to 27". My inseam is like 29".

Got it. Just measured the 16'', it's about 29~30.
My inseam is 32, now I am thinking that I should have ordered the 18'', instead of the 20''!

That is the style you need. It clamps at a different location

It shows it's for 22"-27" wheel sizes. This bike's wheel size is 29". Will the kickstand work for 29" wheel size?

Same $125 price? I would get a 18'', now I am thinking that my 20'' is too big (still not arrive yet).

Not sure about that kickstand, but the one I linked a few pages back works on my 700c gravel bike just fine for many years, even when my bike is loaded down with a 30 lb pannier. 700c on a gravel bike is about equivalent to 29" on mountain bike.

Both front and rear brakes rubbed the disc/rotor out of the box. I was able to get the rear centered by loosening the caliper, clenching the brake, and retightening. However, my front disc continues to rub. As I spin the tire, watching the disc, it moves side to side with each rotation. At first I thought my tire wasn't squared correctly but I tried dozens of times resetting, even lifting a little to see if I could counteract the problem. The disc appears to be straight with no warping. The tire appears to spin straight without wobbling. So I'm a bit at a loss.

Most likely warped rotor. They do sell bike rotor truing tools if you want to try that. If it's not rubbing too hard, I wouldn't worry about it. Or you could just buy another cheap rotor. They're like $5 - 10 each. Again, if not rubbing much, don't worry about it.

Do you have a pic of warped rotor. I mean My bike might be doing the same as it creates sounds. Please post pics of bent/warped discs.

Mine is still waiting to ship, so I called to see if there was an update given they were supposed to be restocked by tomorrow according to some previous posts. The rep said they don't have any updates, and it could be 2-3 weeks before they get any update... where that update could be when they will get more... or that it is discontinued and they will have to cancel orders. I am kinda pissed that they already charged me for this (not just an authorization, the payment posted on 30JUN22, and I brought that up as well, rep didn't seem to care.

It isn't illegal(I had heard that it was, but that isn't the case), but there are FTC guidelines they have to follow so there is that, and it might be against the card issuer's policy (no idea for mine), but I am not going to push it, I assume I won't have an issue getting a refund even if it takes longer than I have for a charge back to determine they can't get any more and want to keep the cash (which I doubt, I guess this company is not a fly by night?).

Supposed to get the 20" tomorrow. Fingers crossed it isn't too trashed. This will be my main mode of transportation for several months.

Cool. Someone else said the person at the business told them over the phone they weren't restocking this bike. It's possible it was a return or one where the sale was cancelled.
