Still overpriced by about 50%
Luckily for you, you can easily get it at that price. If you're actually a SDer and not just a troll you would know how.

Wait for the promotions that give you an extra $5 credit when you get a $5 gift card and then wait for these deals. It comes out to 3 drinks for $10. See, that wasn't so hard was it?

Man, you're gonna regret that once you learn how to pull your own shots, steam your own milk in the comfort of your home. Then you'll regret ever paying for starbucks.

Warning: barriers to entry is quite steep and requires deep knowledge about beans, machine selection, grinder selection, and finally barista skill-set.
But that's not a chain? That's homemade.

I prefer Dunkin' for taste, price and their far more generous rewards.
does that mean you simply prefer Arabic coffee, i.e., nothing to do with what brand?

If your palate is sophisticated as your math skills than you shouldn't be drinking Starbucks.
If your english was as good as your insult THEN you'd know the difference between then and than. LMAOLMAO

I don't prefer a specific bean per say but rather a medium- light roast. I want my coffee to be full of flavor rather than tasting like a burnt coffee bean. Starbucks over roasts their beans but I think it comes down to what you get accustomed to. Some people get so used to the taste of Starbucks that they don't mind it but if you are willing to pay for it go to local coffee shops -at least you are getting something better for your money. Starbucks is fast food coffee disguised as 'higher end' coffee.

With all the comments about different companies and different beans, does anyone know what type of coffee McDonald's uses. I like the flavor of their lattes. It has a distinct flavor that I can't replicate at home even when I buy the McCafe coffee.

Looks like if you sign up for a new account, this offer is not available, despite being advertised on the website. I got the offer on my account, but my wife made one and does not have it.

ah one of the indoctrinated - almost literally drinking the kool aid.

If that coffee is $5 a day thats $30 a week (lets take one day a week off) thats $6240 in a year.

Shit really adds up, i make $80k a year and no way in hell am i waiting in line (there is ALWAYS a line for SB in my area) to pay a premium for SB coffee.

To you its great. To me its sub-par. Dunkin and McDonalds tastes better IMO at a much lower price (for McDonalds anyways). I guess i just don't have a sophisticated SB palate
I think your math is wrong. Using your $30/week x 52 weeks in a year = $1,560. Your math implies they are drinking $120/week of Starbucks.

Same with cooking your own burgers, fries, steak etc... we Americans like convenience.

"Handcrafted" Is that like being a Subway "sandwich artist?"

Just get the stuff at McDonald's. A quarter of the price and less likely to get stale coffee.
