I guess I just don't get it.
I work in an environment that is usually inappropriate and tactless, and I work with almost all men. I think I've just become accustomed to, and have learned to enjoy, lots of things that other people find offensive or derogatory. It's my sense of humor.

I guess that's where we differ - I don't think it's appropriate because while it may be construed as acceptable with certain friends, to me, it teaches others that the particular word or phrase is acceptable, when it's really not.
It just creates another double standard like the N word - it's okay if black people say it, but if you're any other race, it's completely unacceptable. I just see no reason for women to use offensive terms like "bitch" or "broad" or "dame" or "ho" or a myriad of others to do the same thing.
That's just my perspective though.
