I called

833-502-6678

from the phone with the Boost SIM

and said

"Disable autopay".

to the robot. Worked fine.

Note: "Cancel autopay" does not work.
Thanks. Worked like a charm.

My ZTE gets data and shows cell signal and I can browse and send texts but when I try to call someone it says calling and then just disconnects the call right away. Anyone know what might be happening here? I added all the APN settings as per the instructions on their site.
I am dealing with the exact same issue.... data/sms works fine but can't receive/make calls...
Could you please let me know if you get this issue resolved? If yes, how?

I removed auto pay and removed the payment method. Is it safe to leave it like this or do I need to call and cancel? thanks
