REINFORCED STRUCTURE
T-FORCE VULCAN Z is designed for complete protection and enhanced heat dissipation. The heat spreader is formed by punch press process with a 0.8mm thick, one-piece alloy aluminum to reinforce the body structure. In addition, coloring with electrolytic anodizing process can enhance corrosion resistance and make it non-conductive.
ENHANCED HEAT DISSIPATION
With superconductivity – thermally conductive adhesive, it can quickly transfer the heat on IC chip through heat conduction to aluminum alloy cooling module for better heat dissipation.
STABLE AND DURABLE
Every IC chip made for TEAMGROUP’s T-FORCE VULCAN Z DDR4 gaming memory is selected through a rigorous testing process. Every overclocking memory is tested for complete compatibility and stability. This offers gamers a DDR4 memory with excellent quality, optimal performance, stability and compatibility.
SUPPORTS INTEL & AMD
It is compatible to both Intel & AMD platforms, therefore gamers can build their system without worries.
SUPPORTS XMP2.0
By using the XMP 2.0 technology, users are able to experience the thrill of overclocking easily.
ENERGY SAVING
The basic working voltage is decreased to 1.2V. VULCAN Z is energy saving, high performance and low power consumption.

You wont notice a difference. At $100, you're probably looking at 3600 MHz C18, which would have the same first word latency as this set- basically the same effective speed. The only benefit of the other set would be high bandwidth. Some sets will have tighter secondary and tertiary timings, but that is unlikely to be worth 25% more.
I have used and installed many many TeamGroup memories for years. Never had any issues. Most memory modules are nowadays very durable. It's the handling and running environment that contribute to faulty memories early.

How slow is this compared to another stick of ram for only about $20 more?

i got this as part of a SSD/RAM combo. so far, the RAM has been great. initially got some 2x8gb 3600 cl16 gskills but in real world performance, there isnt much difference. instead went to 32gb for non gaming task. it's a solid deal.
I recently bought G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin SDRAM (PC4-25600) DDR4 3200 CL16-18-18-38 1.35V Dual Channel Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-32GVK. CAS Latency: 16
Is the G Skill ram that I bought a lot faster than Teamgroup 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200MHz Desktop Memory Timing: 16-20-20-40 CAS Latency: 16?
Ewww, Newegg. Never again. Took them 3 weeks to refund me for a hard drive that was stuck in "awaiting carrier pickup" status, took me half a dozen emails before getting a resolution. Customer service had to open an "internal investigation" and left me hanging. I will never buy from them again.

You wouldn't notice the difference.
I even doubt most people would notice 3200 vs 3600.
