In one of the windows you will see a Summary, in the tree click on Memory and it should tell you how much and what type of RAM you have installed. If you see two rows under Memory it means you have 2 sticks. It will also say the type and speed, eg "8 GB PC4-28700 DDR4..." so you should buy preferably memory that matches yours (same brand, same speed) or better speed (for instance if yours is PC4-24000, then this one PC4-28800) should work.
Another thing you need to do, is to find out how many memory slots your motherboard has; for that click on Motherboard above Memory and then on the right side you should have a link and when you click on it it may take you to specifications page, if not, google the motherboard model.

EDIT: Okay I think I see what's happening... I believe everyone gets their own individual code sent to their text messages and the code can be used on any Newegg account, but it's only (I believe) a one time use.
I opened the link in an incognito tab, refreshed it once or twice (let it fully load) then I got a prompt for 10 dollars off a purchase of 50$ by signing up for texts. I used the email of the account I just made and then setup with my mobile number. The code was sent to my phone after confirming texts and I used the code on my main newegg account. Hope this helps
