I built a DYI portable power station similar to those sell on Slick deal like Bluetti AC200P or Ecoflow Delta 1000 with 1000 Watt AC inverter can be charge by solar pannel.. plug in the AC to the power bank and run on solar power , the panels output 400 watt and on low mode the AC used 300W so most of the day time the AC run on solar power only, which is nice

I have the 12k and seeing condensation at the bottom of the U between the outside and inside halves of the unit. I don't think it's wet inside the house, but it's too close to the window tracks, if not dripping on to the window tracks, which concerns me. There is also a hole where water drips out located under the U between the outside and inside halves that water was dripping directly on the outside sill. I stuck a short piece of PVC pipe under the drip to pipe it away from the outside window sill.

Nice ac. The brackets don't work if you have a recessed window.

I've got a kill-a-watt meter on this for like a month now and I rarely see it over 100 watts

But I hate the display panel, remote, wifi so much. So bad and lazy and doomed to fail

The mechanics will probably last longer than the electronics.

Same; I have been refreshing the page daily until it finally came back in stock. Two previous purchasers have reported that their orders had been cancelled, so we will see if these ship out.

That would suck. Fingers crossed. I'll report back here if mine gets cancelled or ships.

I picked this (12,000 btu) up 2 weeks ago and am very happy so far. I like the fact that the brackets just use tension and don't need to be screwed in. Their app is also very easy to use.

Decisions, decisions. Need 2. One room is 12x14. The other is 11x11. I am inclined to get 12K for the large room and 8K for the small one. Anyone want to throw in their 2 cents and convince me to either get both 8K or 12K units?

I think the 8k will work for both those rooms pretty easily, I have one in a 12x12 room and it never ramps up to 100% sounds like around 50% most of the time

Good deal! Can this be bought without paying for a membership? I'm reading mixed things online about whether this is still possible, and whether it incurs a fee (for CA residents maybe not?). I can't figure out how to register on their website without paying for membership.

Almost tempted to buy 2 and just AC my whole apartment (roughly is around 1200sqft). Each can handle up to 600sqft right?
