Just got 3. If you update tpm 1.2 to 2 and latest bios update, do a clean install of windows 11 it runs with no problems.

How hard would an Rx 6400 choke in this system? CPU capable of 1080p gaming with a gpu installed?

If you're getting this for a server, it might be worth while to pay like $20 more for a 7050, which has 4 ram slots vs the 2 ram slots that the 3050 comes with. You might want 32GB of RAM, but with a two-slot limit and the 2x8GB configuration that it comes with, you won't be able to re-use the RAM - you'll have to get two new sticks of 16GB ram. If you get a 7050, even if you have to pay for extra ram, it's the easy to find 8GB sticks and you have extra ram slots to add them while re-using the sticks that it comes with.

The biggest choke point would be the PCIe 3.0 limit. With F1 2021, for instance, you drop from 50fps to 28fps at 1080p, just by using pcie 3.0 instead of 4.0 https://www.techpowerup.com/revie...ng/15.html

You'd be better off looking for a pcie 3.0 card with more lanes. The CPU itself should be fine for 60fps in almost all games
