As far as Intel's ultrabook "U" processors:
The 7th gen was dual core and is pretty inadequate in 2022.
There is nearly no difference in CPU or GPU performance between 8th Release 1 (8250U), 8th Release 2 (8265U), and 10th Gen (10210U) processors. They are 99.9% the same processors with different clock speeds, trading increasing heat for VERY slightly greater performance due to the lack of tech (process) advancements on Intel's part. The 10th gen CPUs are known for running quite hot. 8th-10th gen also had crappy graphics.
The 11th gen is where laptops got a large CPU+GPU boost, especially on the graphics side with Xe.
Unless you are doing something graphic intensive such as gaming, a quad core 8th-10th gen CPU should be more than adequate these days for basic use (web browser, youtube, office applications.

This 8th gen CPU has twice as many cores/threads as an i3 1115G4, yet only achieves parity in multi-threaded work (6,239 Passmark score). The 11th-gen i3 also has notably better single-core performance. So that's a bit of a drag.
I couldn't find any information in the product listing as to whether or not the keyboard is backlit, but this was a premium offering in its day, so I imagine it is backlit. I would imagine the screen is also decent too.
For $300 and considering it has 16GB of RAM, I'd say it's a pretty good deal.
Edit: Not to mention the very sturdy build quality.
