I'm all for avoiding Amazon but a lot of your information is incorrect. For one, this isn't 40%, it is 25%, then 10%, then 5%, which is not the same as 40%. Also, unless the deal was different yesterday, the Target ones for $20 are 1lb while the Amazon ones are 2 lbs. I have 2 in my cart for both Target and Amazon right now and am looking at 2lbs(total) for $16 at Target and 4lbs(total) for $30 at Amazon but this is with a one time 15% coupon I have right now.
Why pay 2x more as part of the "Prime Day" sham? Just wait a month or two. As has been pointed out in many of the advertisements posing as "deals" on sd and on Amazon, Prime Days seems to have fewer genuine deals each year. But please, buy up, that will boost the gains of my stock position.
And 9 months is way back? Can we please retire the tired time machine cliché ? That joke is the true way back, repeated for at least a decade now.
