Garbage product which is lower end than WD blue and the hardware keeps changing inside.

Those two are not related. DRAM is used to keep translation tables in memory to make access faster. SLC cache is a write cache to speed up writes when the underlying flash memory is slower than SLC. You can have one without the other or you can have both.

Having said that this is a bottom end product in WD without a DRAM.

These WD Greens are best for archiving your most important data such as tax returns, mortgage documents, family photos, vacation videos, etc. I wouldn't used it for *downloaded TV shows or movies* as the cost per GB is high compared to a spinning drive.
