I know there's better performance for the price available like the Legion 5 Pro for 1399, but if you want something more compact with new 6000 series AMD this is a decent sale price. Might be lowest price since release. Has solid reviews as well.

Not everyone wants a Lenovo, but I think this price will come down soon.

FYI, Asus has a Vivobook Pro 15.6" coming out with 3060 and OLED screen, but I expect it'll cost more than this.

Yeah, Asus 2022 price increases are steep. 1600 dollars for this machine seems crazy. I feel like 1400 or lower is where the retail price should be on this machine. So probably not the best deal but hoping to help anyone that was interested.

These look nice for a better battery life gaming laptop. There's some conflicting info on the Best Buy page about the TGP for the GPU. An Asus representative answered a question about it, saying the max TGP is 80W, which is very low. The overview says it's 100W with up to 120W using "dynamic boost 2.0", which sounds decent.
