This TV does have HDMI 2.1. It's listed right on the Amazon product page.
For those asking why you need HDMI 2.1 if the TV is only 60 Hz, it's because this TV has both Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) and eARC, which both require HDMI 2.1 ports to work.
The Hisense U6G, last year's model seems to be a favorite among the folks at rtings. Actually is a good deal at $339, but Amazon prices their fireTV model consistently higher than the more standard U6H, so it seems like a better deal than it actually is. For my viewing situation, the 600 nits of brightness is much more important than having 120 Hz, so I'm in for one!

agreed the msrp was inflated originally but the dropped price is still better than the other 2022 Hisense 50u6g1 which are both the same base hardware if i am not mistaken just with Amz fire as their OS. This model from the Hisense website also has a variable refresh rate which is good for next gen consoles and makes it superior to the Rtings.com recommended budget ps5 4k TCL TV due to the better base specs of the U6 line.
The Walmart Onn TV deal is the same size, QLED, 4 HDMI 2.1 ports, and $110 cheaper than this one. Very meh deal.
An onn tv isn't the same as a Samsung tv and it's weird I have to say that. If you're gonna make those statements at least show proof it's the same panel. Because all qled panels are not the same
I can't find many professional reviews on the Onn TV, but one of them says it has a peak brightness of around 270-350 nit which is very poor for a QLED TV and defeats the purpose of the tech if it can't get very bright. Onn's own website won't even publish it's specs.
In comparison, Rtings has the U6G at almost 500 nits and this newer model is claiming 600 nits. AFAIK, if you really want to enjoy HDR content you need decent brightness unless viewing in a very dark room.

Literally never said it was a Samsung tv. I said it's $110 cheaper and better specs.
