Pure cane sugar and coconut water 120 calories... might as well drink a soda.. Bai is better imo 5 calories no sugar

Body Armor is my fave sports drink, but I can't do the regular ones anymore due to the sugar. Grab the lyte ones if you ever find them on sale

Comparing this to soda makes no sense. Yes it has a lot of sugar but soda is way worse for you. Also they make a Lyte version that is only 20 calories.


Some harmful ingredients soda has that these don't:

1. Phosphoric Acid 2. High Fructose Corn Syrup 3. Citric Acid 4. Bisphenol-A (BPA) 5. Sodium Benzoate 6. Caramel Color and Artificial Dyes 7. Caffeine


Either way I recommend the Lyte version of these after some cardio no need for the junk in the regular. Haven't tried Bai, but these in Lyte taste great.
