Best Buy chat was able to cancel the TV for me surprisingly. The TV and sound bar are separate items on the receipt so it worked out well. You should have no problem doing it in store too I'm guessing. Came to $432 with tax for the sound bar and will be available for pickup tomorrow! Best prime day deal for me this year didn't come from Amazon!

*EDIT* I received a cancellation email from Samsung for the sound bar. I'm not sure what happened and am currently following up with Best Buy on this. Please do not follow these instructions until I'm able to clear this up. Your best bet is to try and return in store so you know if they will allow you to do so or not

thanks guys. i'm in the BB chat queue now, says 68 min wait. hopefully they can assist.

i requested the previous chat log (when i requested they cancel just the tv) be emailed to me at the end of the session but I haven't received it yet. but hopefully they can look at that and see that they goofed and offer to price match, but at this point i'm not counting on it.

bummer! i was already looking up reviews on the soundbar and getting excited for it. just goes to show you that it's not yours until it's in your possession. hopefully someone learns from my experience. i'll keep updating as this saga plays out

I picked my order yesterday and return TV back immediately and they gave a return receipt with zero dollar and today I got 108.74 dollars refund from Samsung. This should help all those who are not sure what to do with TV.

I might just cancel this 950 and keep the 900 from buydig for $110 cheaper. I read the surround is not even necessary or worth it for this system. Just more "stuff" around the house. I still have my 7.1 traditional setup with ascend acoustic towers, top of the line yamaha receivers/amps and surrounds and never really see the need for surround aside from a few cool sound tricks, thunders/rain, footsteps, etc Thoughts anyone?

The surround make a huge difference my guy. I have play with so many sound bars

It's legit. An agent gave me a $300 promo code specifically for the HW-Q950A soundbar. It brought the soundbar down to $399 in my cart by itself. Unfortunately, it sold out before I clicked place order so I missed it…
