*EDIT* I received a cancellation email from Samsung for the sound bar. I'm not sure what happened and am currently following up with Best Buy on this. Please do not follow these instructions until I'm able to clear this up. Your best bet is to try and return in store so you know if they will allow you to do so or not
i requested the previous chat log (when i requested they cancel just the tv) be emailed to me at the end of the session but I haven't received it yet. but hopefully they can look at that and see that they goofed and offer to price match, but at this point i'm not counting on it.
bummer! i was already looking up reviews on the soundbar and getting excited for it. just goes to show you that it's not yours until it's in your possession. hopefully someone learns from my experience. i'll keep updating as this saga plays out

Came up to around $750 after taxes.
I have this and returned my Sonos setup over it.
Had it since November last year and love it still and haven't had any issues
essentially, they said they were able to access the order with the BBY01 order number and cancel the TV. i thought all was well. i received the paypal refund for half of the order price. then just now i received an email from Samsung saying the soundbar order was cancelled.
trying to contact BB again to see if they accidentally cancelled the soundbar instead of the tv. or if samsung somehow found out and cancelled the entire order. either way, hoping BB will price match the speakers for this mix up but it might be a long shot.
i would not recommend using chat to cancel the tv. try to do it in store so you know if they will let you or not!
