Best Buy chat was able to cancel the TV for me surprisingly. The TV and sound bar are separate items on the receipt so it worked out well. You should have no problem doing it in store too I'm guessing. Came to $432 with tax for the sound bar and will be available for pickup tomorrow! Best prime day deal for me this year didn't come from Amazon!

*EDIT* I received a cancellation email from Samsung for the sound bar. I'm not sure what happened and am currently following up with Best Buy on this. Please do not follow these instructions until I'm able to clear this up. Your best bet is to try and return in store so you know if they will allow you to do so or not

thanks guys. i'm in the BB chat queue now, says 68 min wait. hopefully they can assist.

i requested the previous chat log (when i requested they cancel just the tv) be emailed to me at the end of the session but I haven't received it yet. but hopefully they can look at that and see that they goofed and offer to price match, but at this point i'm not counting on it.

bummer! i was already looking up reviews on the soundbar and getting excited for it. just goes to show you that it's not yours until it's in your possession. hopefully someone learns from my experience. i'll keep updating as this saga plays out

I picked my order yesterday and return TV back immediately and they gave a return receipt with zero dollar and today I got 108.74 dollars refund from Samsung. This should help all those who are not sure what to do with TV.

Any verdict on whether the TV can be returned after picking up? If so, is the entire 399 refunded? Also, I believe Samsung themselves are generally okay with open box returns, but what about Best Buy being in the mix?

I got the Q600B deal from Dell yesterday roughly $150 after CB. And I also did get this awesome deal for$399 (tax free state). i normally only watch YouTube on my OLed but watch Netflix probably once a month. I got approved from my wife to keep either one. Any suggestion on which one to keep? Thanks!

Samsung chat said Best Buy store cancelled my order so I said ok can you place another order or for a different store and they said no the soundbar is sold out!

So I guess I'll try BB chat and hopefully they can help

Received a confirmation email around 6pm. Still haven't gotten the pickup email from BBUY 4 hours later. My samsung account shows 'in process' as the current step. Using the order number from the barcode and my email address / phone number brings back no results from the bestbuy guest order status lookup. Frown Hope I get an email for pickup in the morning.
