Just a warning on the Amex offer... Dell does not bill you until the laptop ships and the scheduled arrival date for this laptop is August 5 which means it probably won't ship out until around August 2, which is when Dell will bill you. However, the Amex offer must be used by July 25, so if you want to use the Amex offer at this point, you need to buy a laptop that will ship out within 2 or 3 days.

How do you get it applied? I tried on mpp webpage and got this msg: "Your order does not qualify for this coupon."

I misread it, the price of the computer was that, but the stuff that's included was listed as separate line items, when I refreshed it it was all put together and all of those things added to the exact price that op said, sorry about that.
