1st phone has white spot and sent to Apple. Apple denied the warranty due to 3rd party modification, and I think the screen is replaced. Still under warranty until 04/22, which is useless.
2nd phone, screen is cracked and screen is replaced too. Still under warranty until 03/22, which is useless too.
3rd phone, heavily used and out of warranty. Screen seems original. I can see bad scratch front and back.
Be very very careful and know you are taking your chance.
1st month service required for activation.
2nd month service is not required for unlocking.
Phone will unlock after 60 Days.

Plenty of people, including me, has had their order sit in processing for a few weeks. In the end they cancelled the order and a refund was given. You may very well get your phone soon but expect to pay your credit bill while you wait. Calling them to cancel is also a pain in the a--.
They also refuse to cancel one of my order previously.
I deal (tolerate) them cause the phones are cheap with an easy unlock process
Looking at my account it shows both original owner activation/deactivation dates & then my refurb activation a few months later - seems like account shouldn't have anything but my activation. They're so messed up.

One was auto unlocked yesterday, the 17th
the 2nd one, I just finished calling. the rep checked how long I had my service, he confirmed 60 days and put the request in. Towards the end of the call, it said 'no sim restrictions' in the settings
They are likely going to cancel most of the orders, even if charged.
I tried reaching out to phone support, but they were clueless. My credit card was charged but they said the order was not in the system, and can't be fulfilled.
I paid with paypal Anyone know whether the CC company will be able to do a chargeback even if you paid with paypal? My transaction just shows PP Tracfone with $121.xx

My problem is that I only took the service for 1 month. The phone didn't have service for the 2nd month, so no service now. And the CS isn't helping since I'm not an active customer.

When I called, the guy literally answered 'can I please have your imei'. Not even a hello 😂

My xr's shipped out fast. My 11's from the deal 2 months ago also shipped out fast.
Hopefully they ship these out soon.
