1st phone has white spot and sent to Apple. Apple denied the warranty due to 3rd party modification, and I think the screen is replaced. Still under warranty until 04/22, which is useless.
2nd phone, screen is cracked and screen is replaced too. Still under warranty until 03/22, which is useless too.
3rd phone, heavily used and out of warranty. Screen seems original. I can see bad scratch front and back.
Be very very careful and know you are taking your chance.
1st month service required for activation.
2nd month service is not required for unlocking.
Phone will unlock after 60 Days.

Everyone whether they got the cancellation mail or not, has their orders cancelled.
They are just SLOW at emails, online status updates etc etc.
It's clear that they have NO intention of shipping phones at $99.
i'm going to contact the news crew of my local tv station about this.
So TW is getting that phone back.
I hope they don't catch all of the orders

If TFW had worded this as a price mistake and immediately said they would refund, people wouldn't dispute.
Also in my experience on SD - there are a LOT of price mistakes, but no company ACTUALLY posts an actual charge WITHOUT shipping first. There are authorizations which get removed, but no charge typically. Is it even legal for an online retailer to charge without shipping? The sale is complete only when the order ships.
As far as the charge before shipping, I think that used to be more commonplace, but a lot of places have switched to only charging when shipped. (I believe because it's easier for them to deal with cancellations that way.) Some smaller places still charge right away and I don't think it's an issue as long as money is refunded for cancellations.
Oh, don't misunderstand. I have no qualms about admitting I will bite again because I can make a good chunk just trading them into another store. I would never use them legitimately for service nor would I recommend them to anyone as a service provider.
