Price changed from $99 to $149.....
Please be very very careful. You might receive screen replaced phone, which is bad quality. I think some people received used good phone and some received screen replaced phone. You know you are taking your chance and return is such an hassle. Some people in the previous deal received brand new unactivated phone, but I think it is just rare case.

1st phone has white spot and sent to Apple. Apple denied the warranty due to 3rd party modification, and I think the screen is replaced. Still under warranty until 04/22, which is useless.

2nd phone, screen is cracked and screen is replaced too. Still under warranty until 03/22, which is useless too.

3rd phone, heavily used and out of warranty. Screen seems original. I can see bad scratch front and back.

Be very very careful and know you are taking your chance.
Incorrect.
1st month service required for activation.
2nd month service is not required for unlocking.
Phone will unlock after 60 Days.

There should be some way their malpractice needs to be reported. They cannot reject orders as out of stock, when they clearly fulfilled later orders of the same product at a higher price.. Is BBB the only choice?
Malpractice? They didn't botch your medical procedure. LOL. Contact your state atty general if you have a legit complaint, or a media outlet to pick up the story. In reality however, your best bet is to just file a chargeback on your card if a timely refund is not provided, and move on. The rest of the advice others have given here is mostly BS. TW has every right to cancel orders and limit quantities as they see fit, period. The only real issue at hand is TW continuing to hold people's money hostage after cancelling orders or with no legit intent to fulfill orders that are still processing.

Still in processing limbo. We all know it's not shipping. I wish they would cancel already. Time to proceed with a chargeback.

Did you read the fine print on the product page?

I once emailed a TF exec (that I found online) for a similar issue in the past. They're just as bad as the company as a whole. My email got directed to corporate office management team just like how it would if you filed an FCC complaint. There's no difference. Even the corporate office people are incompetent.

Sometimes, you can call corporate and ask to be directed to their highest office which is the "Miami branch" but sometimes corporate refuses to redirect you there telling you that they're the last line of contact. It's really dumb

What absolutely SHOCKS me is that TFW have NO intention of providing a refund.
The cancellation email does NOT talk about any sort of refund. Just that the card won't be charged.

So let's say - someone has a LOT going on. They forget to file a dispute with their CC company. Then TFW gets FREE money. They don't ship the phone and don't refund. This has to be malpractice.

They should have send out a note saying they will refund ASAP. Instead calling them their CSR say you will NOT get a refund since they didn't get paid by Paypal.

It's almost impossible to even reach their refund department, and those guys ask you for EVERYTHING. I doubt they even have access to the system with all details. Super PATHETIC overall.

They didn't even provide order numbers in the cancellation emails. There is some random line of gibberish in the subject line, that makes you think is the order number, but it's not.

TW is such a shady company. Everybody should file a BBB complaint at least...

I'd pretty much guarantee that people will end up getting a refund even without a dispute. It's just that the different departments are completely clueless as to how it all works and CSRs and people writing the communications, etc assume it wasn't charged. The ones handling the actual billing process will eventually get it straightened out and issue refunds, but that may take weeks or even a month based on previous reports. I'm not at all trying to defend the crap with this deal and I'd probably file a chargeback as well to speed things up, but I don't believe they're attempting some massive theft. There's just zero useful communication with them.

I ordered an iPhone 11 last year from Tracfone. The order was canceled, but status didn't reflect that. I called numerous times and talked to a lot of reps in different departments. They asked all kinds of questions about the order, and gave different excuses: 'order not canceled', 'you were not charged', or 'refund takes 3-4 weeks'. One rep even told me she processed the refund and gave me a reference number (it was a lie). A week later, still no refund. Called back and they told me there was no way to refund the order (system didn't allow it). After almost 4 weeks with no refund I gave up and called my credit card company to dispute.

Yep … I think I recall seeing some people saying it took over a month for their refund to show on a previous round of cancellations. I'd certainly file a dispute well before that as well.

I haven't received an order cancellation but I finally received an email from TW and it's a request to review my recent purchase of an iPhone 11. The purchase which hasn't even shipped and is never going to ship.
