I have Thinkpad X1 Extreme with 64GB RAM and all BTW. But the company has a group policy implemented that no software can be installed, actually can't even change basic settings.

I have neither.
Brio - Model ‎960-001105
Pro 4K - Model 960-001390
They are *very* similar, but there are some differences. Biggest being the Brio has Windows Hello, Zoom, and a 7 ft cable length vs the Pro 4K's 5 ft cable.

Prepare to be disappointed. First of all, you can't stream at 4K using most video conferencing services and even if you find software that supports 4k conferencing, few people have 4K monitors so the 4K feature is nearly useless for streaming. The 4K part you are paying for is only useful for a niche content creator market that records videos of themselves and uploads.
Apart from that, the general quality of the image on even the best webcams such as this one is below what even a 6-7 year old iPhone front facing camera could provide. You are better off pulling an old iPhone out of the drawer and using it as a webcam using free software available or getting the cheaper C920s.
The only thing this has over the webcam/phone options above is basically Windows Hello, which is facial sign on using infrared. If that is worth $144 to you, go ahead.

Not the time or place to be Mr. Hackerman.
Unless your company rewards finding work-arounds they most likely punish for them.
