Didn't work - T-mobile gave a code to use, AAA site says its invalid and wants to charge full.

Use a different browser and make sure it is not using AdBlock. I had trouble with Google Chrome and worked fine with Edge. Try multiple browser and possibly incognito mode.

EDIT: it updated correctly showing the new expiry 1 yr from now. I think they are just sending a new card since this is a downgrade to classic membership, but when I login it shows expiry sept 2023 so following the link and just typing in your existing number AAA works fine.

Very strange.

We shall see what happens. I did it on Firefox private window, just went through the prompts from Tmo, it populated with AAA code, followed next screen and put in my AAA # and zip, next page went through with this message:

Thank you for renewing your membership.

Your one-time Year on Us by T-Mobile offer has been applied. Your new AAA membership card will be sent to you by mail. We sent your email confirmation to ...

Pro tip - AAA in California provides DMV services. I have a AAA membership just so I can skip the DMV.
