Look for a gauge that is ANSI B40.1 certified (or ANSI B40.7 certified for digital gauges). I have this one made by AccuGage, but there are many others (like TireTek). It's certified to ANSI B40.1, "B grading", which is +/- 3% of the span in the lower 25% of the scale, +/- 2% of span in the middle 50% of the scale, and +/- 3% in the upper 25% of the scale.

I was about to jump on this and saw the range is 0-100 PSI. Most car/SUV/minivans are in the 26 to 35 PSI meaning it will be hard to get a precise reading as the range is too wide. Was hope it would 0-60, so hard pass
