Personally, I would trust Newegg a little more than Amazon in terms of fakes, but I would still test the card. In general though, I prefer to avoid supporting Newegg because they're not very honest... And the return process might be more difficult than Amazon. YMMV. Maybe they improved a little bit since they were called out recently by a YouTuber

multiple FPs, come back when you've found anyone with proof of a knockoff!?
No issues so far with our Blackvue dashcams, that would all eventually continuously reboot when using SanDisk Extreme Pro cards. Some would get the 'drive is corrupt; needs repair" message when plugging in the computer, meaning bad sectors. Even Blackvue said SanDisk cards have issues and to use Samsung. Yes they're both Korean but in this case they actually work better.
