I just called Boost , their customer service barely spoke English
got transferred to the cancelation department
the woman named Amanda told me that this is the price and the device is prepaid and I will not be charged if I don't use the device
If I want to use the device then I can buy a plan from their website.

I hope this helps

Any limitations On How I Use My Device? If you get a Device from DISH Wireless or a DISH Wireless authorized retailer without paying full price (MSRP) for the Device, you agree (1) within 60 days to activate and use this Device on the DISH Wireless network and (2) not to resell, trade in, or export, or participate or profit in the resale, trade in, or export of the Device to a third party until you have activated and used the Device on the DISH Wireless network and met all your other financial and contractual obligations to us. If you do this without meeting your obligations, we reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary, including charging you for the difference between the Device's full price and the price you paid for it, and seeking recovery of related damages. If you have a separate agreement with Boost to acquire, purchase, or lease a Device, any restrictions on resale in that agreement will also apply, so please refer to the terms of any such agreement to understand your rights to resell your Device. Any tampering with, reprogramming, reflashing, or unlocking of this Device without DISH Wireless's permission violates DISH Wireless's and third parties' rights under state and federal laws and could subject you to civil or criminal liability.

Can you block the future payment on Paypal just incase?
In PayPal account activity tab (desktop web mode), you can expand a previous payment, and some merchants have additional link to manage payments and can change from active to inactive. I just paid for this Boost mobile deal so it's in pending state but other merchants like HSN or Visible Mobile from previous deals allows me to disable the PayPal authorization for future. I'm hoping Boost Mobile falls in this category, but its too early to say for sure.

What's in the terms? I can't read it without inputting my card details again. Wouldn't I just be able to call my card and have them remove the charge anyway?

1) FYI—Plenty of unlock codes out there.
2) Got this re: cancelling: "I understand that you want to cancel an order you just placed. We have limited tools over social media and are unable to cancel an order. For this you will need to call and speak with our customer care team at: 1-833-502-6678."
3) Another operator said to just request a return label upon receiving it.

I purchased 2 w/ a Citibank virtual credit card (set limit of $3).

I'd cancel if I could, but I'm gonna ride it out and deactivate the virtual card after delivery and see how it all pans out.

Bad deal if they have your contact information and charge you for the difference between retail price and what you paid if you don't activate it. Checking out is a binding contract similar to when you checkout on Ebay. I requested to cancel. Not worth it to me for the chance they will try to bill back the full retail price if I don't activate it.

For those that think using a prepaid card will work....sure it will keep them from charging you again on the same card. Doesn't stop them from sending you to collections and going after you directly like any other cell phone company does if you agree to a subscription and don't follow the terms of the contract for purchasing a reduced price phone.

Can someone post a terms & review here? I can't just open that, it's not clickable.

Checkout does indeed force you to click accept on the terms and conditions in order to complete the order - you are agreeing to the clause about being charged the the difference between what you paid and MSRP of each device not activated within 60 days. Just a heads up if you're only planning to use these as cheap power banks.
