Once you unlock this hotspot from ebay codes (Thx nimpravi):
connect to device's wifi, go to HTTP://mobile.hotspot and then from that dashboard:
network settings -> APN -> Add a new APN suitable for your network (you can get APN settings from Google). Once you save the APN settings, make it default APN. Now, the service will disconnect and you need to click on 'Home" in the dashboard and there will be option to "Connect" and click on that.

HHAHAAH nope!!! many days over 60 and enjoying the hotspot.
They won't and can't charge. No active subscription plan via PayPal to double confirm. Laughing at all the people all worried about getting charged and spending hours to cancel the orders.

No charges. Fake news. I been using mine as a back up charger lol
I'll never not give them money that they promised I'd have to give them for discounted hardware with an associated promise of charging me in the future for non-use of that hardware EVER AGAIN
