It's typically used by runners but also a good way to get hydrated without all that extra sugar found in many sports drinks.

Coupon is also good on the pack of 8. Making it $2.10 per tube if you have 15% off with S&S.

I bought some of the non caffeinated nuun tablets at Sam's when they were on sale. I had gone months without any kind of electrolyte supplement/drink. I work a job where I walk 8-10 miles daily in a warm environment. I could feel it working shortly after drinking it. I know this is purely anecdotal, but this is coming from someone who comes into this type of stuff with heavy skepticism. I have tried plenty of vitamins etc and stopped because I couldn't tell a difference. If you are someone who sweats and exercises a lot, they are at least worth trying.

It's not anecdotal or a placebo. Just drinking water itself especially under heavier exercise isn't sufficient. This stuff definitely works.

awesome!!! Thanks.

If anything I'd mix these with water after exhausting sports drinks on a very long bike ride. These are about getting the sodium, magnesium and slight carbs. Many of your carbs and calories should be coming from some food/gel etc.. in addition to this during very elongated activities.
