10. How does express activation work?

I jumped the gun and used the white one that came with the hotspot to activate this account. That put this on the T-Mobile part of the network. Putting the new card into an Android phone showed AT&T.
Calling Boost to switch the SIM card numbers didn't work. I tried about ten times and every rep on the phone would tell me the new SIM ICC ID # was active. 24hrs later, the old SIM still works and the new SIM doesn't. It seems like they're not able to easily reprovision between the two carriers?

Unfortunately we can not process refunds and only Boost Customer care is able to via phone call. I an submit this to our team here so that they can have visibility but you will need to call care to get this refund.

I call back boost customer service and after getting the run around they finally say they will process my refund and I would be getting it in 2-3 working days. That was over a week ago and so I call again today and the agent this time tells me its past the 14 days and they now cant give me a refund, which means they lied to me last week. I finally get sent to a supervisor and she tells me because it is a 3 month sim card that their policy is not to refund them and to contact my bank and dispute the charge.
This Company is as Shady as Freedompop ever was.
Don't say that you weren't warned.
I will be on every thread about Boost Mobile telling my story forever

What I've worked out is that if you try to purchase for a family member with the same device (address?) that you used to buy for yourself, you get flagged and your address gets blacklisted.
They haven't been able to figure it out.
