So it turns out the white SIM card (comes with the hotspot deal recently listed) is on T-Mobile and the black SIM card that's from this deal is AT&T.

I jumped the gun and used the white one that came with the hotspot to activate this account. That put this on the T-Mobile part of the network. Putting the new card into an Android phone showed AT&T.

Calling Boost to switch the SIM card numbers didn't work. I tried about ten times and every rep on the phone would tell me the new SIM ICC ID # was active. 24hrs later, the old SIM still works and the new SIM doesn't. It seems like they're not able to easily reprovision between the two carriers?

I ordered a sim card and before it was mailed I saw that they were sending it to a wrong address, I called them and we corrected the address. Well they sent it to the wrong address anyway, I contacted the Boost CS agent on these threads:

Unfortunately we can not process refunds and only Boost Customer care is able to via phone call. I an submit this to our team here so that they can have visibility but you will need to call care to get this refund.

I call back boost customer service and after getting the run around they finally say they will process my refund and I would be getting it in 2-3 working days. That was over a week ago and so I call again today and the agent this time tells me its past the 14 days and they now cant give me a refund, which means they lied to me last week. I finally get sent to a supervisor and she tells me because it is a 3 month sim card that their policy is not to refund them and to contact my bank and dispute the charge.

This Company is as Shady as Freedompop ever was.
Don't say that you weren't warned.
I will be on every thread about Boost Mobile telling my story forever

go to your bank/credit card. I have had great results getting refunds through the card company from these rip off companies. I just got a refund for a RedPocket puchase from almost 3 months ago.

the key hers is "BLACK", the boost support number get you to the tmobile side, u need to tell them you got the black card, black. then they will get u to the att side that fix all yall problems.
