It's a hub that you can press a button and allows you to switch everything connected to it, to another computer? I honestly can't think of a use for this, other than just a hub.
Who has two computers that close together to need to switch their peripherals over to it? And yet, to far away that you can't just unplug the usb cord to the umhub and just plug it into the other pc…?
Clearly you are not in the target population for this device...some people have multiple computers nearby that they need to switch to for whatever reason, like a home server for instance...or some additional hobby pc/micro computer they are playing around with....and for eleven dollars it's a hell of a lot more convenient to click a button and change your peripherals over than it is unplugging and plugging them back and forth, which could be a couple of times per day or dozens per week etc.

I use a 40 inch 4k 60Hz TV as a monitor with 2 HDMI inputs. I use the TV remote to switch the video. A couple of extra steps, but much less expensive than a KVM capable of 4k 60hz
Either way, I guess it's cheap for a powered usb 3.0 hub.
If it was a long time ago I'd also have a use for this to quickly maintain the server I had in my closet because unplugging or plugging anything into that would've been a nightmare and I'd only want to occasionally want to have a keyboard/mouse hooked up to it.
I can think of several other cases where this might be handy if you have any other computer device that's out of the way but still want to share USB devices with it. Not sure why you'd want to poo poo on this so hard, it's cheap and it does have some uses, it's not useless. I personally don't like it for it not having DDM but nothing really does except for older crazy expensive KVMs...
