See those dates one is within 6 months the other in the last month. The x60 is as stable as it gets but also varies on the hardware version there are over 4 of them.
Tp-Link does regular updates and has for over 2 years now for almost all their product lines (deco 100%), but if something is not broken then why try to fix it, unlike a few other brands who fix one thing and break another so they have to rush to push another firmware out, I wont name names but you probably know who that is.
Yep, plus the guy is blowing smoke.

I recently upgraded to gigabit fiber from AT&T. Hardwired, I am pulling 1gig down and 1gig up. From AT&T's modem/router combo (Nokia), I can pull about 600Mbps and 7ms ping near the modem, but this degrades quickly. I purchased and set up the TP-Link Deco X60 Wi-Fi 6 AX3000; I don't lose connection now, but the speed and ping are very lacking imo (between 200 and 400Mbps and 10 and 30ms). I shut the 2.4 and 5ghz bands off of the Nokia to no avail.
Would this Mesh product improve the speed and ping?
I'll be honest, I still run wifi on eero6, because it's been stable, I have reliable ZigBee connections and about 70% of max. Speeds around the house. This TP link does not seem to be a step up, right? I will be better with firewalla...

I can't recommend tp-link routers if you have a direct connection to fiber, you will have issues over time. On the upside, Costco had no problem with my return.
