if u want the men's black, buy the women's and size up. Looks wise, no difference to me.

Just one size? For Nike it's a size and a half, e.g. I wear a 10.5 men's or a 12 women's. I would think it would be the same for Adidas since their sizing seems to be pretty similar.

I agree but the Adidas size chart in the description does show only a single size up from women's to men's.

Nike is 1.5 and adidas is 1 size up only.

This looks a lot like the prior versions of Adizero Boston. I wonder if that's why they revamped (ruined) the current iteration of Adizero Boston.

Women's to men's doesn't always work. Lengthwise yes but women's shoes are usually a little more narrow.

Crap..never purchased women's before but I bought a few pairs as it's rare to find SolarBoosts on sale, much less this low. Guess I'll find out.

Does Adidas via eBay allow returns if you wear them for a test jog like Nike.com or do they have to be brand new which I assume it is the case?

I recently purchased several pairs of men's and women's volleyball shoes directly from Adidas online. I purchased men's in size 9.5 and women's in size 11. The women's 11 in the same style shoe was the same fit for all that I can tell, both length and width. I ended up keeping an ultraboost pair of volleyball shoes in women's size 11 and use the shoes once or twice a week. I have "regular" arches and slightly wider feet than average.

I also run with Adidas shoes and own the EQ21 (bounce), SuperNova (boost/bounce), and Ultraboost21 (boost) and run with each of them and will eventually try to figure out which ones are best for me for practice runs versus race runs. I'll try this Solarboost as well and just ordered the women's size 11 to save a few bucks.

I prefer the Ultraboost because ultraboost has more boost to them. These are good shoes if you are looking for a shoe on the budget.
