Real life example: I weigh 210 lbs, took it 4 miles in sport mode, with some steep hills this past weekend, and it used 35% battery.
Average car weight: 4094 pounds.
For simplicity, we'll say the average scooter weight is 40.9 pounds, but it's probably lighter.

Ebike tax credit.
Maybe if the government stopped subsidizing oil plague companies then you could get yourself a scooter…
Also, check facts before making things "political".

Also I have a MTB and motorcycle, no scooter aside from rentals nearby.

They won't build new gas engines after 2030 but the hundreds of millions of gas vehicles around now mean gas stations will be around for a long time. Will be really interesting to see what happens with gas prices
Lmao 🤣😂. People like you are so gullible

That's why they always state "up to" ex miles. If you are 80 lbs on flat roads with a new battery etc.
According to these facts, ICE bans in most places around the world won't really kick in until about 2040. Its based on cutting off production of new gas vehicles, mostly, but few places are trying to ban ICE entirely.

Im sure they will end up extending the dates as difficulties may prove that it will take more time
Unfortunately, like it or not, reality is gas engines will soon disappear. The only engines still being promoted at trade shows are industrial diesels.
- It is very sturdy and feels quite safe while riding.
- The real world range is more like 20 miles, which isn't an issue for me because my usual trips are max 2-3 miles.
- It is super heavy and I wouldn't want to carry it. That's why I don't use it on public transport.
- I ride it together with my 4 year old and mainly use for school drop offs and pickups and to take my kid to the park, doc visit etc.The base is large enough for both of us. I also use for grocery shopping and small errands.
- The ride is VERY bumpy. If the road isn't great, you will feel every single crack, bump, pothole in the road. In fact, in the first few months after getting this, I started getting back pain which took me a long time to realize that it was the scooter causing it. There are train tracks near where I live and I have to pretty much go over them every time I take it to ride. So I started walking my scooter on them and my back pain has reduced by 95%. Due to this reason, I would never buy Unagi for example, whose weight I love but it has solid tires which are even harsher. I dread anything harsher than my scooter.
- I have considered adding suspension, but it's beyond my DIY capabilities. I haven't yet found a store that provides this service, but I'll be happy to pay a couple of hundred dollars for it.
Sorry for the long post. Bottom line is that for my use case, this has been an awesome buy and I feel I have already recouped much more than what I paid for. However, I do wish it had suspensions because that is the only thing I hate about it.
Happy to answer any questions if you have.
LP weights less and has a shorter wheel base and handle bars are slightly shorter.
In my opinion the LP charger is inferior because it requires a power supply brick in the middle of the cord. G30P power brick is built into the scooter so it only requires a fairly standard cord and far easier to transport/replace.
G30P also has a nice water tight (ish) charger port cover on a hinge, LP's is flimsy rubber and insecure.
But this is G30LP Max? So what Max adds to the scooter and what is the difference between G30LP Max and G30P Max (if there is any?)
