For $58 and change I was able to get 36 months as mine just lapsed at the beginning of the week from 3 years ago.
For those that want to Maximize the months purchase 9 3month cards and on the last 3 month redemption do NOT accept the 1 free month for recurring billing and you should end up with 35 months (8×(3+1)+3=35) then add your 1 month card of Ultimate bringing you to 36 months.
Eneba currently has the 3month cards for 5.07, and the 1 month ultimate for 9.13. (There is a processing fee)

1) As mentioned in the original post you can check to see if it will cost you $1.00 or $14.99 ahead of time to upgrade to game pass, just log in to you account and follow link from orig. post
2) If you use the link from orig. post for entering codes you don't need to keep turning off recurring billing between each card, I was able to load all cards and get the prompt for "free 4th month" after each code was entered, saved some hassle of having to mess with the recurring billing each time
3) As someone in this thread already mentioned Eneba also has codes that are often cheaper than CD keys, I got mine a few days ago for $4.99 each for 3 month pass so ended up cheaper than this tread, also benefit of Eneba is you can buy multiples at the same time whereas some people were saying you could only buy one at a time at CD Keys. Also I'm not sure how CD keys displays the codes after purchase but Eneba lines all the codes up super easy so cutting and pasting codes 8 or 9 times is super easy with Eneba.
