While the offer is nice (assuming I end up getting it), losing Double Cash makes it a tough decision. There are so many occasions there I have but large expenses on my Double Cash.

You are correct. Thank you points can be cashed out for one cent each so nothing changed.
What is funny, it's a "limited time offer"...guessing though since no bonus, I could call at anytime and switch from double cash to this one.
