Easiest is eBay, many people sell mobile numbers for porting. Cheapest might be Google Voice, but porting takes 3 days.

Hi, I have a question hoping someone will know. I did the GV port out (paid $3 to unlock GV), but when I did the port out on Xfinity activation, I specified Google Voice instead of landline. It has been 3+ days already, but still not activated. Should I be worried? I logged into my GV account, and didn't see anything either (I didn't see the word unlocked next to my GV number now). Thanks!

I did GV transfer too and chose GV as the carrier. Mine took 36hrs to transfer. Make sure you enter your VoiceMail pin correct (settings>Voicemail)

You can try NumberBarn. (https://www.numberbarn.com/purchase-and-port). Some area codes cost a total of $7.

Thanks, I did the voicemail pin correctly. Hopefully will hear back something on Monday then, I started the activation on Wednesday night.

Update: Just got notification that activation is complete, so it took about 4 days. Thanks!

Leaving slots open. I only ordered one 6A. This brings me up to 4 lines , an OG Pixel, 2x S21FE and now a 6A.

No. At the time I ordered those they were $300 after credits ( 12.50 x 24 months) but they also were applicable to a $100 add-a-line promo too. My reasoning is that Samsung often gives significant upgrade credit on older Samsung phones towards their newer flagships. I hope to use these in the future for upgrades.
