Any contact lens saline solution can do the same. The bonus with these "eye wash" is the cup that gets sufficient liquid onto the eye to remove any particles.
I use it before going target shooting. Fully cleans the eyes out. Removes any floaters.

If you are getting pool water into your eyes, perhaps closing them or wearing googles should be considered. I wore contacts when diving, after I'd gotten use to wearing them all the time. Just kept my eye closed underwater. In 6 yrs diving, only lost 1 lens. Scuba diving was even easier.
