such a snob.....Aldi & Lidl even have better & cheaper stuff than most big box stores like walmart.
If you can find it the pergola is super solid buy. I've had it for four around years and it was a little cheaper back then. No issues and no rust while being out in Chicago winters.
Not their chocolate bars. Made with real vanilla and coca butter, unlike hershey and nestle.

After two years of hardly ever discounting their non-food specials, the markdowns are massive.
According to my local Manager the reason is that the backlog of Chinese goods coming in in US ports at the same time forces Aldi to move stuff.. Even at a loss.

Wanted that one, but it was too big for us. We got the dual outdoor swing for 25 bucks, and are SUPER mad no stores in CA still have the egg chair.
They are so overstocked on the Aisle of Shame stuff they are now cramming it into every unused bit of floor space, especially just inside the front entrance. Aldi wants your eyes and attention directed there immediately.
No need to pounce on an item unless you're sure it has already dropped to half price if not one quarter price. The Aldi subreddit has been loaded with examples of the price slashing, particularly on the items that began at $100 plus.
The 105 gallon deck box is the one that caught my eye. I've made plenty of use of a nearly identical one I paid $100 for several years ago. I use it to store everything related to cleaning and maintaining my pool, like the robot cleaner and all the hose pieces.
