Mow close to where it's plugged in to the house and work further out. That way, the cable is always laying across grass that's already cut. I've never had to really worry about a cord this way.

I'll never get a gas one. And I'll wait until battery prices come down to get one that runs on battery

What part of this is a deal? Corded and it requires you to push it. Also only 18". Am I missing something?

Thank you so much! My son was just saying yesterday that he was on the lookout for a $70 lawnmower. I have no idea where that "$70" came up but I got him one!!

As someone who went from corded to ego battery, corded is a pain in the butt.

You have to constantly figure out where to place the cord as you mow so you don't run over it. You spend more time sorting out the cord location than actually mowing.

For +$12, is this worth it over sun joe even for a small lawn? From what I gathered, Greenworks has wider cutting path 18" vs 14", bigger wheels 7-8" vs 5.5", higher height adjustment 3.75" vs 2.52", and longer warranty 4 years vs 2 years. It's just heavier at 46lbs vs 30lbs and lower amp rating 12amp vs 13amp.

The never run out of juice is a great benefit but having to drag the cord is super annoying.

I think battery is the worst when it come to saving the environment and this mower just not have that part. Not much power wasted.

Anyway... still love my 21" gas mower. laugh out loud

I live on way less than a quarter acre (like 6000 sf) and I love my riding mower. I just hate turning it around.

I actually have a 19" electric corded craftsman mower and you get used to how to manage the cord. It is always ready and in general pretty powerful. If I had to do it again, I would stay with a corded mower for small/mid size yards.
