I love these however please keep in mind you do not want to use them with high heat or the bottoms warp.

Perhaps if you have a gas stove that's not a problem, but for a flat glass cooktop a warped bottom sucks.

Keep it on medium-high at most, and you'll be fine. Put it on high, and it will warp. I've gone through a few blue diamond skillets from people using them on high (me at first, then family members (especially due to holiday meal prep and them not listening to me)).

That's very cheap for ceramic. I got a greenpan set from another SD and like them a lot so far. It's really hard to make a PFAS-free product that is just as good but I think ceramic pans are pretty close. I'm definitely in for a set at this price. FYI fakespot=F but I checked on Amazon and some of the blue diamond products have legit good reviews so I'm still going to order

the problem with greenpan is the bottoms will start to rust quickly, and handles get hot

Most Ceramic Cookware products are not cladded, meaning they are more prone to warping and won't heat up well or retain that heat. They are not dishwasher safe and don't use them with metal utensils. Just go easy on them. This is a good deal for a starter set at this price.

It's a SD in my opinion considering all you get, but I wish the stock pot were a little wider in diameter with shallower sides, i.e., a Dutch oven shape.

I got a blue diamond pan as a gift and the thing sucked. I don't use the dishwasher to clean any of my pots or pans fyi. After like several uses the bottom would just stick so much. For reference I have a tfal nonstick set I've had for 3 years now that I still use to this day and it works and cleans of easy. I would not recommend blue diamond cause you treat it like stainless steel but have no benefits like stainless steel. Have to hand wash and it's not nonstick and not oven safe at high temps

This is enough to tell me NOT to buy them.... I sometimes cook with high heat on a glass top and nevermind them being dumped in dishwasher time to time.

I guess I wait for a better deal on a better quality one..

I have a blue diamond 8x8 or 9x9 and pretty happy with it. I make sure no to scratch the bottom when cutting, but holding up nicely.

Was surprised to find that a Blue Diamond 10 piece set was rated a 'Best Buy' by Consumer Reports. Willing to get this set for a daughter going off to college. For the price worth giving it a try.
