since usually any promo will require you to wait from 90 days all the way to 6 months (perhaps more), they can easily get away with it.
not even showing the evidence will help.

That could farther from the truth.
You don't lose your mortgage, you lose your house.
Dont immediately assume someone is lying, it just makes an ass out of you.
Regardless what you "think", STAY AWAY FROM US BANK. OR dont, you'll find out sooner or later.
Also, everyone, ask this guy if you're telling the truth, he can tell through a internet post immediately!!
EDIT: With your immediate assumption and absolute lack of knowledge of my situation, im assuming you are a us bank employee? Im confident im correct (does this assumption seem familiar?), you probably should be helping unhappy customers instead of posting here.
I have checking accounts with Chase, TD, and PNC. And a score of over 800, though dont think they check that. Weird. I did recently close one of their credit cards.
EDIT: Apparently you need to be located within 50 miles of a branch. Nothing within 300 miles of NJ.
(In FL so no branches here)

Key WORK AROUND for this though;
I added the US Bank acct to my Apple Pay cash card, transferred the 3K I needed for mortgage payment to Apple Card (which hits it instantly!), swapped linked bank back to my normal one, then transferred funds accordingly hehehe!
Apple says 1-3x bus days, but I've done this 3x times now and received funds in ~24hrs every time, works like a charm 😝
Good luck.
