im guessing its gonna arrive damaged. The C200 have a tendency to crack at the hinge during shippiung, and im guessing the person saw the package was beat, returned it, and amazon didnt even inspect and just put it into the warehouse. Arriving tomorrow

You are absolutely going to want to take that out of the box with gloves on. We had a brand new (not even alternate seller) potty training toilet from Amazon come with poop chunks on the side...they wanted photo proof before they would accept the return...

Not true, this is heated. Read the product description. Almost all Toto models are.
