I own this... You likely won't find better for this price. It is noticeably brighter than any of the sub $150 projectors you'd find on Amazon. Make no mistake though, it still needs to be basically dark to get a good image from this.

The only issue is no real keystoning and the way the unit is designed its meant to sit flat. So you have to raise it to the height needed for where you want it projected. Not a quick thing to setup on-the-fly if you want to maximize clarity and low distortion.

....that said, of you want a movie night and willing to figure out the best placement for dirt cheap - this is it.

Made a follow-up post with confirmation of specs.

As for the naysayers in this thread...What the ever loving **** are you doing in a 55 dollar projector thread? You obviously only think projectors have one use case and thats to be brighter than the sun. Since your view is so effing narrow, I can't fathom what your minuscule brains thought they would find in this deal, but it's pretty apparent you're insane.
What they meant for 'Portable' is easy to move/carry it from one place to the other. It does not have built in battery. I purchased this projector fron previous deal and returned it. FYI, projector has native 1080p, and if you keep your screen size to about 40 inch, it is quite watchable even with low ambient light. But it wasnt just enogh for me. If you really want portable projector, invest little more and get Xgimi Halo or Wemax Dice, highgly recommend it.

Won't a tripod help?
That's what I was thinking although after hopping on Amazon there seem to be comparable, more feature filled, options at a similar price.

12000 lumen projectors cost around $15,000. I cannot comment on this projector but the specs are misleading.
Yes, it's misleading...it's actually 150 lumens which works better in dark only...good for movie nights..

does not work with native android (pixel) phones. Only samsung/huawei
yeah, pixel sucks at casting, that's one of the reasons I gave my pixel 4 to my dad and bought Samsung again.

Bought it last time and I am actually very happy.

It is a decent projector that works quite well in the dark. I use it in my bedroom with a small table lamp on and it is okay.

I connect it with a google dongle thing and it works very well.

Is this a legit site? It feels like a Chinese scam company with only a Paypal payment option.

Hmm think I'm missing something. The ones you're suggesting are $500-800, this is $55 but you're saying that's it's just "a little bit more money". Did you find either of those projectors on sale and can share?

Is there a way to power this thing with a large battery pack for portability?
This is exactly why I bought this particular one from last deal because the AC-DC converter is external. I got a 4A 12v-19v step up converter, a 5.5mm x 2.5mm male socket cable and a 12v cigarette plug. Solder everything up and it pairs perfectly with my DIY 300 Wh power station. No crazy DC-AC-DC inefficiency and it works great in the backyard.

I can confirm 1080p60 is what my Firestick says.
That just means it will accept a 1080p signal, not that the projector actually displays 1080p. Had anyone actually confirmed that this projects at 1080p? That seems to be the one feature it has going for it. Realistically, even 720p would be fine, given that the dim bulb and cheap optics are going to make it hard to tell the difference between the two.

I already answered that question. Check previous message. What i meant was Wemax Dice on sale for $399 (including tax) on recent popular deal. Honest recommendation for only who are serious about getting quality projectors.
