I only bother buying the 1 ply (comfort care) because their 1 ply is plenty strong enough and you get a little more length on the comfort care. Plus, probably slightly better for the pipes?
As I mentioned before, I can actually wipe down the bathroom sink with 1 square of the single ply. This is the only brand TP I even bother buying now. It's excellent, in so much as something you literally wipe your butt with can be excellent.

This post made my head hurt. ComfortCare is 2 ply, CleanCare is 1 ply.
