Reason I was asking is BB staffs are so dumb, I just wasted like an hour for simply asking how much it's gonna be buying X if I am trading in Y, they can't even give a simple answer and kept arguing with me. They really make trading in a phone more complicated than trading in a car lmao
Then he said I couldn't cos I'm trying to pocket the gift card and I can't do it I need to buy accessories system won't allow it. I said another friend did it and paid taxes out of the gift card. The rep was visibly annoyed and got rude but started the process. Didn't talk properly at all after that. Never told me any info. Didn't even tell me how much was on the gift card.
Checked the amount online and saw it has $300.
Everyone on here made it seem like you just traded in your s20FE for an s21FE and received a $90 gift card. Were you all locked into 2 year plans with your carrier after? I ended up just trading in my s20FE for an s22 and paid $200 for the upgrade. Not terrible, but I'd much rather have traded in my s20fe fora gift card and a new s21FE
