They wanted you to have the brand new phones bc it's part of the deal, according to 4 different attempts at multiple BB stores.
Would have been even better if BB take trade-in and sell those already discounted/open box phones and not worry about further losses as those keep sitting around. As for us, we would have more discounts and/or even better phones.

I was reading up on this thread to catch up over past few days and was starting to think I should angle to a Used S21 >> S21FE + BB GC >>> trade in new S21FE to Samsung for S22 and come out free. But I was going to ask about the RISKS of the Samsung mail in trade which I have heard can be a horror show, like I could send a brand new phone in and they might just say they lost it, or it has a crack, or whatever
