The employee in the Samsung shirt was very knowledgeable, he had to get the right BBY employees who knew how to apply the promotion. Took about 20min total.
First they ask you to visit the store by making in-store only deals and then they tell you, it can't be done. On top of it, there is no way to contact the local store to ask them if they are allowing these type of deals or not, but you have to drive there and ask.
